Flights to Ecuador – Quito are not included in the price of the trip.
When you buy a ticket, I recommend that you look at the prices of tickets from other neighboring countries and try different options. The reason is that the prices of the tickets are lower than the prices when departing from your country.

You contact this agency with your exact requirements regarding the ticket you want to issue and they will issue you several variants. They have experience with tickets to Ecuador for this trip, so they know what and how. They charge only 25 euro extra for their services and are at your disposal if you need to change your ticket or anything else. Just write on whatsapp.
I also recommend arriving at least 1-2 days in advance before the date of the expedition. It is easier to acclimatize in a foreign country and sleep peacefully after a long journey. In addition, it may also happen that the flight is delayed.
Return tickets
I recommend that you plan your return trip, ideally 1-2 days after the end of the trip. However, if you decide to stay in Ecuador, it’s up to you.
Hotels
From my own experience, I can recommend the hotel Hosteria Colibri Aeropuerto – it is very cozy and clean and you do not have to worry that it will ruin your wallet. In addition, it is only 8-10 minutes away from the airport by car. Other hotels near the airport worth mentioning are Wyndham hotel airport and Holiday Inn hotel airport. Their disadvantage is a slightly higher price.
If you want a hotel right in the center of Quito, I highly recommend this hotel, also at a very good price.
However, the choice is entirely up to you and your preferences – of course, there are many other hotels in the area. But I have no personal experience with those.
Transport in Ecuador
To make the most of your stay and not have to worry about transport, a private driver with a van will be available. On the morning of the day of the trip, we will pick you up together with the driver at the hotels in Quito where you will be staying.
Likewise, on the day of your departure, we will take you back to Quito to your designated destinations.
Travel insurance
The choice of travel insurance and the decision whether to insure yourself or not is entirely up to you. However, taking out travel insurance is a matter of minutes. In addition, most insurance companies allow you to arrange insurance online, so you do not even have to go to a branch. When choosing a specific type of insurance, consider what activities you want to do during your stay.
This determines the scope of coverage and possible costs of treatment, etc.
