I planned my trip to Ecuador for May 2024 and now that some time has passed, I would like to share my experiences with you. As a mother of two young children, I approached this trip with great respect – both the physical aspects of traveling to Ecuador and its security conditions, as well as the ceremonies themselves. I can assure you all that Ecuador is a safe and for the most part very friendly country. I went on this trip with my lifelong goal. We arrived in Quito three days early to acclimatize, which I highly recommend as we felt much better health wise afterwards. We spent a few days sightseeing in Quito and I recommend staying downtown; We especially enjoyed Viajero Hostel Quito. As per our arrangement, Karolina’s driver picked us up and we got to know the rest of the group during the five-hour drive. We turned out to be a great group and I am so grateful to them that it was the best vacation of my life.

Staying with Karolina was, in one word, fantastic. The accommodation at Gabo’s place was excellent – we all lived in the same cabin, which brought us closer together 😉 Gabo looked after us impeccably; it was better than staying at the Hilton, and it’s surprising that his cuisine hasn’t won a Michelin star yet, even though in our minds they’ve won countless. Also for those who, like me, don’t read the instructions carefully 😉 … you can wash and air-dry your clothes at Karolina’s, which I wish I had known in advance; I would pack half as much. But then again, I would spend more shopping in local communities and shops :-D. Buy your wellies there too or borrow a pair from Karolina – she has quite a collection. The program was absolutely flawless. Every day brought new experiences, beautiful places, excellent food, and Karolína was able to prepare a program and activities tailored to our needs and travel pace. There isn’t a single thing I would criticize… and no, this article is not sponsored. I write it as it was.

I would also like to say that our group was not made up of young people who were passionate about something, but rather adults in their forties who have experienced a lot in life, achieved a lot and set out on this journey with clear wishes and desires. For me personally, the jungle was one of the most powerful experiences; my soul loves greenery and nature, and I felt like I was in paradise in the jungle. I won’t say much about the ceremonies themselves – I believe they are worth experiencing in person and more than any other the experience is transferable. It’s also memorable. From a practical point of view, Karolína explained everything to us in detail – what awaits us, how it will develop, and she was with us the whole time as a support, which had an amazingly reassuring effect on me. Shamans are wonderful, admirable beings full of power and wisdom, and it amazes me that they are so willing to offer their services to us white Europeans. If anyone is still hesitating, drop all your doubts and go. For me, it was the best life experience that mentally enriched my world, solidified many of my thoughts and anchored them, giving me confidence in my intentions. BUT – I will say frankly that the return to European civilization is really difficult. I wish you all a wonderful trip and enjoy Karolina’s guiding skills. Hats off to her for taking care of five adults at her age!

From my experience with ayahuasca, it helped me a lot to come back to myself and the important thing is to focus on the things around me and appreciate what we have 🍀❤️ I let go of drugs and booze and actually there is no reason to go back to it when I have nice feelings also from other things that I didn’t even have before on drugs..) It saved my life and the whole trip with you, a great restart and a great experience, like at school in nature 🤣💚 Very nice combination of people🍀Thank you Amayas family❤️

Thank you very much Karolina for the great organization and especially the support during the ceremonies. We will always remember Ecuador and will definitely return to Karolins. Ayahuasca filled our hearts and despite the difficult ceremony, we got everything we came for, including incredible experiences thanks to the accompanying program.

It was the first time I had traveled this far across the world by myself and also to Ayahuasca, which was also my first time. And if I could change it, in no case would I change my choice to go to Karolina and this program of hers.

The whole time, even before the whole program even started, I had the feeling that I was definitely not alone in this. Karolina communicates well, she prepares you for everything in advance, she helps you with everything you need, and most importantly, she is kind, human, understanding and caring. 🫂 He puts his heart into it all ♥️ and that’s amazing.
The place (accommodation) where you have facilities breathes a wonderful energy on you as soon as you arrive and get out of the car. It’s magical there. Cozy.

The first day trip on the raft was organized perfectly! He bonded our group nicely before the ceremonies, and the second trip to the Grand Canyon, where we swam in a waterfall, was again a beautiful soul-soothing after the ceremonies when needed. ✨🌿🌱
And the ceremony itself.. I expected a lot, but this really took my breath away! It changed my whole life. In the best sense of the word. And I will be grateful for all this and thank you forever.
It is a powerful medicine for anything, and if you need it, it will surely call you. 🤍 So just listen and run. And putting yourself in the hands of Kája will be a great choice, you won’t regret it. ♥️

I attended the very first Amayas expedition and I haven’t felt this great in a long time! The ceremonies and everything surrounding them,the trips, conversations and so much more were amazingly executed and planned. It’s been a couple of weeks since I arrived back and I’m experiencing positive changes. This was the best investment in myself and I can’t wait for further transformations! All my life I’ve kind of fumbled with who I am. Why do I react in certain situations the way I do and she didn’t know the deeper meaning of my life. In addition, in the last two years I have gone through a turning point for me, both with the people around me and with myself. I felt injustice and resentment. The Amayas program came at the most opportune moment for me and I felt I had to go. Not only did this trip provide me with amazing experiences, but mainly thanks to the ceremonies, I found love for myself. She understood who I am and forgave everyone who hurt me in my life. Ayahuasca blew everything negative that was in me away like the wind and I don’t look back anymore. At the same time, I came for answers about what to do with my life and where to move, and I also got them, and I am incredibly looking forward to the implementation. Thank you Kája, you are an inspiring person with a heart in the right place and thank you for your support in the whole process. Anyone who has not experienced this cannot really understand anything. It’s challenging, it’s beautiful and I leave strong, confident with a vision and certainty about my future. It’s worth it!!

The trip organized by Karolina was great. I am glad that I could undergo my first ayahuasca ceremony by her side. She took great care of us and we really weren’t bored. The expedition is not for the faint of heart, every day you go to the max and I liked that. An incredible experience for the rest of my life and I will never forget it. It was worth it❤️

I chose the ayahuasca trip with Amayas because until then my head was bursting with negative energies that I needed to release, nor did I have much determination on what to spend with my life, I felt disrespect for myself by what I put into my life attracted and did, everything stopped being fun for me – I just stopped and all my motivation went away. Ayahuasca helped me clean out all the bad, I suddenly felt reborn, at peace, full of motivation and grateful to the shaman. Suddenly I have visions that my life will be worth it, but what is the main thing – above all, don’t let anyone discourage you from your dreams and don’t take toxic people into your life. The third ceremony at Louise’s gave me the most, when, in addition to the demanding cleansing, I saw myself growing up and changes taking place. Kája has put together a varied program, so everyone will surely find something that can excite them, whether it’s adrenaline, a touch of nature or even relaxation. I must point out that Kája took very good care of us, including her boyfriend, she did everything to make us feel good and comfortable and always tried to cheer us up when we didn’t feel like it. It was challenging but it was worth it and I thank you for this opportunity. I met so many great girls here ❤️

If you’re still in doubt just go! This is not just a trip to explore yourself and self-consciousness, it’s also a trip with spectacular places to see, and a fabulous connection with the jungle. I can’t ensure you what kind of journey you may have, because it’s very individual, but I can guarantee you that no matter what appears in front of you, Kaja will be there right by your side to help you and guide you.

If someone feels that they need a big change and don’t know how to make it, then this could be a suitable way. Whatever it is that a person is struggling with, the need to tread new paths in life, to connect with oneself, to realize certain things… It is not easy, it was challenging and the work does not end only in Ecuador but continues even when I am back home after big shot. One gets more insight and options.
I really enjoyed the rafting trips and other activities, they brought us together with the whole group. We are still in touch as if we have known each other for a long time! I would love to return to Ecuador! Thanks Karolina.
